+source form to add RCS information is broken without sourcepackages

Bug Description
I tried to add the CVS information for IMP at:
https:/
and as the text suggests, I left the sourcepackage field empty because the series is MAIN and I don't think breezy's package is from that branch. The problem is that the form does not accepts empty values in that field and I get a System Error.
