Fixed/Failed in email notifications should be the first word

Currently we are getting emails like
[Jenkins] Attention - 6.0.smoke - Build # 93 - Fixed!

Please move word Fixed/Failed/etc. to the very beginning of the header, so it becomes easier to read on many devices where subject doesn't fit into the screen.

Fixed in JJB templates.
Yet it takes a second to fix it in product jenkins, let's not do it before the release to avoid breaking someone's email filters.

Email filter can be very easily reconfigured. I believe this is the case when it is way faster to cut, and not to measure for 7 times. It took a month already.
