Bug Description

I can see rabbitmq as a dependency in master (metadata.json), but can't find the same in stable/icehouse (Puppetfile). This causes problems with automated install of glance, and need to be fixed..

    Modulefile: install RabbitMQ module

    puppet-glance requires to have puppetlabs-rabbitmq installed to make
    Glance working.
    This commit adds the module to the Modulefile list with the same version
    as puppet-nova/icehouse module for consistency.
