Bug Description

Fresh install of Kubuntu 14.10.

After installation of ulatencyd, and reboot, performing GUI actions that require raised privileges - fail to prompt for password.
This also happened after an upgrade from 14.04 which previously has ulatencyd installed.

Areas that stopped prompting for password - muon update, vpn connect, network interface disconnect, reboot, shutdown.

ulatencyd was installed view apt-get.

Removing (purge) ulatencyd via apt-get and rebooting fixes the problem.
