Bug Description

1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04

2) apt-cache policy evince
evince:
  Installed: 3.10.3-0ubuntu10.1
  Candidate: 3.10.3-0ubuntu10.1
  Version table:
 *** 3.10.3-0ubuntu10.1 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-updates/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     3.10.3-0ubuntu10 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages

3) I have created the attached document with IrfanView via Wine on Ubuntu 14.04. With IrfanView, the document has no problems. What is expected to happen via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget -c https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/1393754/+attachment/4262970/+files/Dokument%20sw_20141113_0001.tif -O example.tif && evince example.tif

Is the file displays in evince successfully.

4) What happens instead is it notes:
The document only contains empty pages.

WORKAROUND: Open with imview.

UlfZibis , one may see all the pages in the tif file. You have to adjust the setting within the program to see them.

I do not find settings in imview to successfully display others than page 1 of the attached TIFF file. I also can only see 100 % resolution, so I have to use the sliders to see the whole content of the document, the zoom-out function doesn't work.

UlfZibis, I'm able to change pages via Image -> Next Frame. I'm also able to change the Zoom via Transform -> Zoom -> Select Zoom Factor... -> some number between 0.2 and 1.
