unable to install ubuntu cloud archive for Icehouse on Ubuntu 14.04

Latest Installation of Ubuntu 14.04 takes Juno as Openstack default cloud archive
Im following the guide of "icehouse" installation and expect to get icehouse repositories
when I run the below command, I get following error:

does that mean the user can no longer install openstack icehouse on ubuntu 14.04??
if thats the case there should be a note added on the page regarding the same

However, in this case, please read the documentation carefully :) It contains this note:
"Icehouse is in the main repository for 14.04 - this step is not required."
So, you already have icehouse - no need to run the command you're running.
