Orchestration preview request/response mismatch

The stack preview example response looks wrong:

http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-orchestration-v1.html

There's an example request which specifies OS::Nova::Server, then the response has AWS::EC2::Instance, not even the stack names match, with one being "teststack" and the other "sample_stack".

We need to update the response to be a native repsonse (purge the AWSish parts) and align with the/a example request

    Update stack_name in response

    Update the stack name from simple_stack to teststack in response
    to make the response sync with request.
