Bug Description
After a fresh install using the latest 14.04 media, which calls itself 14.04.5, a very bad dialog window pops up every few minutes:
It's bad because its title is "14.04.1 LTS Upgrade available", which is very confusing, since I installaed 14.04.5, and it's bad because the content of the information in the dialog has nothing to do with upgrading. See below. Instead, there are option buttons at the bottom, with which I have to decide whether to upgrade now, later, or never. So it appears to be asking me to make an important decision which (a) makes no sense and (b) is not informed by the information in the box.
Here's what's in the window's text area:

By the way, the upgrade dialog/interface is entitled "Upgrading Ubuntu to version 14.04", which is even more disconcerting.
