the problem in question is kernel dependent, I use ALWAYS the current NOT necessairly LTS version,
at the moment the version 14.10

just at the starting of x the view collapses within 2-3 seconds

and also the xkeyboard freeses

but if I switch during the initial 2-3 grace seconds to Ctrl-Alt-1 virtual terminal,

then I was successful to run the apport program in text mode
