Bug Description

With a hidpi scaling greater or equal than 2 there is graphical corruption of the window borders in gtk3 apps.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set hidpi scaling to 2.
2. Enlarge a window for nautilus or eye of gnome. Probably it is necessary to do resize the window more than one time to spot the problem.
3. See corrupted window border on the right and/or the bottom.

Expected behavior:
Clean rendering

I was able to reproduce this behaviour on other hardware and in VMWare.

Looks like a propagating roundoff error in the underlying floating point math.
