Bug Description
On some systems (e.g. Ubuntu 14.04) opening Help file (help/start.html) results in the following exception:
java.lang.
This is due to bad support for Desktop API in Java for Linux platforms. A solution is to try platform-specific browse/open/edit commands, as described here:
