Bug Description

The following warnings are generated during: python setup.py build_sphinx

python-ironicclient/ironicclient/common/utils.py:docstring of ironicclient.common.utils.define_commands_from_module:1: ERROR: Unknown target name: "do".

python-ironicclient/doc/source/api_v1.rst:85: WARNING: toctree contains reference to nonexisting document u' :maxdepth: 1'
