Sound output doesn't change on HDMI

Each time you plug or unplug an HDMI device (like TV) you have to change the sound output manually from HDMI and vice versa. It should change automatically.

So there's a small caveat: I don't mind having to manually choose to output audio the first time I connect to a new HDMI device, but then it would be best if it was remembered.

For example, when I connect to an HDMI monitor at work, I want to keep audio through the headphones, but when connecting to my HDMI TV at home, I'd like the audio to output through HDMI. If Switchboard (or whatever is responsible for switching the audio over) could remember those devices, that'd be rad.

#1 Also dont mind too much when I connect a HDMI to select manually that output, but if I select it and then disconnect the cable. Definitely I want that my internal sound card it's selected automatically.
