Bug Description
When you change the sync URL setting via the UI, it's not obvious if syncing of new images from the new URL will begin immediately, or if it needs to be triggered manually via the API, or if it starts on their own sometime later.
There should be something in the UI that tells you what's going on and what you need to do.
