Bug Description

Recently we had a critical bug in Astute:

which was caused by regression from the commit:

https://github.com/stackforge/fuel-astute/commit/41c78572ef8c1c2ce44df96770cfc1695f5c2d02

Please create unit tests for 'watch_provision_progress' method to avoid such issues in future.
