Bug Description

In the Align and Distribute dialog under Align header there is a label that reads "Relative to:" which technically makes since but if you read the tool tips of the Align buttons you may not understand what this drop down box does.

I have been using Inkscape for about two, two and a half years now and I just realized what the drop down box means. Well I knew what it mean for align Up, Down, Left, Right, Center vertical and Horizontal. For me I like 'Last Selected' this means when I click any of these buttons all objects would align to which ever object was last selected.

I don't know why but 'align Top, Bottom, Left, and Right edges of object to Bottom, Top, Right, Left edge of the anchor' never made any since to me. I would always click one button see that it was not aligned the way I wanted and then click the other one.

finally I read the tool tip and looked at the icon and understood that what ever you set the 'Relative to:' dropdown to is the anchor that will be aligned to. In my case the last object I select is my anchor that will not move no matter which button I select.

So I purpose that the lable 'Relative to:' should be changed to 'Anchor' as well as the icons be changed to the attached. In the attached file you will see that I have modified the current Align icons slightly. Now each icon shows that one of the objects selected is the Anchor. This indicates that the yellow box is significant and is different from the blue boxes.

I know that these are minor changes but they make it very clear how Inkcape will react when the user presses the button.

I would tend to agree with both your requests.
Note that the "align top edges of object to the bottom edge of the anchor" icon should be modified too, for consistency.

Oh oops. I did not notice that I did not change that icon. I meant to.
