Binary package hint: democracyplayer

Please remove democracyplayer from Gutsy's archives. Upstream has renamed the project to Miro, and the new miro package provides a transitional democracyplayer package.

Please note that miro needs to build a transitional package 'democracyplayer' to faciliate upgrades.
