Bug Description

The gcache.mem_size variable seems that has been never supported and can cause crashes.

See:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtradb-cluster/+bug/1359700/comments/7

We should:

- Remove that variable.

or

- Add a big warning during the mysqld start process and in our documentation that the variable should be left to the default value, 0.

There is a separate bug for documentation.

Regarding warning, https://github.com/codership/galera/issues/173 is there.
