Bug Description
Binary package hint: serpentine
Serpentine uses only one CPU when decoding audio files to PCM. For maximum efficiency, serpentine should run one decoding thread per CPU in parallel during the initial decoding phase. Multi-threaded decoders or multiple decoder processes (i.e. decoding 2 files at once) should run in parallel during this phase to speed things up.
