Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Don't leave stage1 unreadable, fixing FTBFS with pkgstriptranslations.
Builds fine now

      fatal condition with the message "Globaldb rehash failure" has been fixed.

This should not have been synced. It builds fine locally because pkgstriptranslations happens on the buildds, not in a pbuilder. Please be more careful in the future.
