Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
After successfully connection to a VPN network using the VPNC entry in Network Manager, choosing "Disconnect VPN..." appears to disconnect but leaves /usr/sbin/vpnc running and the tun0 interface up and enabled. I'm not sure if this happens every time but I have seen in several times over the past week.
The result is that subsequent attemts to make a VPN connection fail. Manually killing the vpnc process re-enables VPN connections via the Network Manager interface.
