Package for python Ceilometer client change log not equal to git commits history

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Check the information about python-ceilometerclient commits in gerrit:
https://review.fuel-infra.org/gitweb?p=openstack%2Fpython-ceilometerclient.git;a=shortlog;h=refs%2Fheads%2Fopenstack-ci%2Ffuel-5.1.1%2F2014.1.1
2. Download the latest MOS 5.1.1 iso (#35 in my case)
3. Mount this ISO:
sudo mkdir /mnt/iso
sudo mount -o loop <image>.iso /mnt/iso
4. Check files centos-packages.changelog and ubuntu-packages.changelog

Observed Result:
in gerrit we can see:

Information in change log file on ISO not equal to information in gerrit repository, looks like we have issues with this package, need to check code.
