Bug Description

When I change to higher resampling it happens every few minutes repeating buzz

resample-method = src-sinc-medium-quality
default-sample-format = s24le
default-sample-rate = 96000

$ pacmd list-sinks | grep sample
 sample spec: s24le 2ch 96000Hz
 sample spec: s32le 2ch 96000Hz

I have two sound cards, the symptom emerges on the external usb X-Fi soundcard.
