Missing file - run.vpdupdate in libvpd package

Problem Description

run.vpdupdate file is missing from the data.tar.gz of libvpd debian package. run.vpdupdate must be included in the same.
We need update to control file. Please mirror to Canonical.

Ubuntu 14.10

Machine Type = PPC architecture

Steps to Reproduce
==========================
The package does not include run.vpdupdate file

Userspace tool common name: libvpd
The userspace tool has the following bit modes: 64 bit
Userspace rpm: libvpd
