Bug Description

When using a live session of xubuntu 14.04 i have had issues with the GPU crashing cause of custom BIOS level overclock
i have also had this issue when using the xorg edgers ppa with the nouveau driver on 14.04 (huge improvement in performance over stock nouveau)
it is 100% stable with nvidia's blob on both ubuntu and windows
I noticed that the open source radeon driver had factory OCs disabled (until recently)
If possible i propose that this be done on the nouveau driver at least until it is stable (at least by default and leave a option to override)
I am using a GTX 650 TI Boost, it is boosting to 1204/1215Mhz depending on how memory intensive the task is under the nvidia blob
I have attached a few copies of my GPU's BIOS
