gparted cannot edit partitions

1. Gparted mounts and opens in file explorer all of my 20 or so logical partitions

2. I couldn't edit the 5 partitions that come after crunchbang, when i tried from debian, which comes after those partitions i tried to change it told me to unmount all logical partitions after the numbers i tried to change, but of course i coulndt unmount the partitions i was using for the os, then in crunchbang it gave me an error when trying to delete the partitions.
