Gala minimizes fullscreen wine apps

Several wine games cannot be played with elementary because gala minimizes the fullscreen window. You cannot bring it back up, it always disappears into plank. Starting another window manager like xfwm resolves the issue.

Starcraft2 is a good example for this problem. There's a starter edition available for free so testing this should be easy.

I don't think this is a duplicate, bug 1377529 was closed as patched in Freya 0.3.0. However, I'm running Freya 0.3.2 and I'm still experiencing this issue. Here's my experience of the bug:

Every time I start a fullscreen game with wine it starts hidden, like it's minimized, but it still has keyboard/mouse focus. By banging alt+tab a couple of times I can often get it to show up, but not always and often the plank will be shown on top. This happens with every fullscreen game that I launch with wine.
