Bug Description

I experienced this bug when upgrading to utopic. I had to kill -9 the scripts that were being called by /var/lib/dpkg/info/grub-pc.postinst. The issue turned out to be my Garmin GPS watch, which was plugged in for charging at the time. After I pulled it out, I was able to upgrade the package fine.
