Unable to upgrade from cinder-ceph-1 to cinder-ceph-3

Bug Description
Error when running:
juju upgrade-charm cinder-ceph
Deployed icehouse on trusty originally with the cinder-ceph charm version 1.
When trying to upgrade the charm to the latest version cinder-ceph-3 the upgrade hook fails with the error:
unit-cinder-ceph-0: 2014-11-08 16:40:45 INFO worker.uniter.jujuc server.go:102 running hook tool "juju-log" ["-l" "ERROR" "FATAL ERROR: Could not determine OpenStack codename for version 2014.2"]
openstack-orgin is not a configuration option for this charm, so how does this charm determine the openstack version?

Do you still see this issue? I did a quick inspection of the cinder-ceph charm and it should be able to resolve 2014.2 as a Juno release of OpenStack.
