Bug Description
For some reason, camera app is crashing on my phone right now.
I tried to launch it once, it crashed. I tried again, again crash, then a third time, crash. Sure, not a genius move, but people do that.
Then other apps died (had both webbrowser & dash open). Checking top, I see that 3 instances of whoopsie-upload are running on my Nexus4, each taking 60% of a CPU core. Not sure why the apps died though.
That's a huge amount of CPU usage though. Surely 1 instance can run at a time?
