Bug Description

a - On OS build #6 (Channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09), I go to "Manage Scopes" and select "Wikipedia" and "OpenLibrary" and add them as favorites.
a - My Home Scope now shows 5 circles (Apps, Music, Video, Wikipedia, OpenLibrary) for left/right swiping.
a - Shutdown or restart Ubuntu Phone and Home Scope now shows 3 circles (Apps, Music, Video). "Manage Scopes" > "Favorites" agrees.
a - "Manage Scopes" > "All" only shows 7 scopes (Apps, Music, My Music, My Videos, Ubuntu Store, Video, YouTube)
a - Search manually (magnifying glass) in "Manage Scopes" for Wikipedia, click on Wikipedia.
a - Wikipedia scope opens with highlighted star ("Favorite") enabled and shows as 4th member of Home Scope (5 circles: (Apps, Music, Video, Wikipedia, OpenLibrary).
