Bug Description

Document bug "RabbitMQ loses murano user when controller is offline" in Known Issues in Mirantis OpenStack 5.1 and not 5.0.2.
Workaround is described in the LP.

For the >=6.0 releases, nova user's creds are used for murano, IIUC, hence invalid.

We no longer support MOS5.1, MOS6.0, MOS6.1
We deliver only Critical/Security fixes to MOS7.0, MOS8.0.
We deliver only High/Critical/Security fixes to MOS9.2.
