specfun shadows built-in and core functions

Octave-specfun shadows built-in and core library functions, which causes at least a several second hangup at startup (making especially heavy octave use in scripts frustrating) and an ominous warning.

Reportedly Debian Jessi's package version 1.1.0-2 does not suffer from this problem, but it's unusable as such on Ubuntu due to dependency issues.

Actually never mind about that delay part, it isn't caused by this issue after all.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Vivid Vervet.
