Bug Description
Existing BgpNeighborReq introspect shows information about all bgp and
xmpp peers. However, there's no introspect command to see all the xmpp
connections in the control node.
Such a command will be useful in debugging issues in connection cleanup
or in duplicate detection logic, especially after the changes to allow
many connections from the same IP.

Implement introspect command to show xmpp connections
Add a new XmppSandeshContext structure so that the xmpp code does eshContext.
not have any dependency on bgp. Note that struct BgpSandeshContext
should really be named something like ControlNodeSand
