Can't send vcard via sms

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

* Open address book
* Open a contact
* click on "Share"
* In the content hub popup, select messages
* enter recipient
* click "Send"

=> The messages fails to send immediately (shows up in conversation history with the red failed text and the retry icon). Pressing the retry icon keeps failing.

Turns out this feature is currently implemented using MMS.

I might add that in some/most european countries sending MMS still costs a fortune and its acceptance is around 0.

Usually phones either send vcards via SMS or allow the user to choose between sending it via SMS or MMS. In case of SMS, obviously there's no image attached.

This problem also occurs when you are in messaging app and then try to send a contact by selecting from the address book. Using BQ Aquaris E5.
