Bug Description

During a normal

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

my "utopic" system reported the need to upgrade the kernel package.

During the process, I saw

Setting up linux-image-3.16.0-24-generic (3.16.0-24.32) ...
Running depmod.
update-initramfs: deferring update (hook will be called later)
Examining /etc/kernel/postinst.d.
run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/postinst.d/apt-auto-removal 3.16.0-24-generic /boot/vmlinuz-3.16.0-24-generic
run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/postinst.d/dkms 3.16.0-24-generic /boot/vmlinuz-3.16.0-24-generic
sed: -e expression #1, char 6: unknown command: `m'

so something must be wrong in some postinst script.

I cannot evaluate the impact that this may have on the correct installation of the new kernel.
