ORTS.Processes.ThreadHangException at ORTS.AI.CreateAITrain (X2622, DVZO, Reginoalzug nach Einsiedeln)

Since X2616 I get during loading of a activity the Error:
Error: ORTS.Processes.ThreadHangException: Thread 'Loader Process' has hung;
The progress-bar has done about 1/3 of the total lengh.
The Program fall by all tests back to the OR-Menue

I get this Error only if I load the Route DVZO, it is freeware, but I can't find a download link
I get the error with all activities of this Route, for the Test I have used the "Regionalzug nach Einsiedeln (Zwischenzug)"

The activities of this route use many KI-Trains, about 300 Trains from 00:00 to 16:00
The Player-Train start at 12:07, between 11:30 and 12:10 there are scheduled 34 KI-Trains
If I start the activity without all this KI-Trains, the route start without any error.

Yes, this is the Route, I have the Route on DVD from Thomas Luetke.

For the Route You must download ALL of the 9 .rar-parts + the activities

Ah, it's in part 9 and 7-Zip choked on part 8. Seems like there's some errors in the files but I have it all extracted save 3 files now.

Hi there! I unfortunately also have this bug since X.2619, now it is X.2624 and it is still present. But I have this error on ALL routes I have tried to launch since then, making the game entirely unplayable. Please fix somehow if possible!

In X2629 the loader process is now given 60s to temporarily hang. If that doesn't fix it, we'll need to see where it is hanging and fix that code specifically.

Additional watchdog pings have been added in this version to prevent the watchdog to time-out during start-up.
