group UI forces you to provide and consume contracts

Bug Description
I see two issues with the UI to select provide and consume contracts when creating a group. The current UI seems to force me to select exactly 1 provide and consume contract (assuming they have been created). I should have the option of anywhere from 0 to many provide and consume contracts. So the two issues are;
1. I shouild have the option of selecting "none" for either provide or consume contracts. If no contracts exist, this should be the default.
2. I should have the option of setting more than one contract for provide or consume. Its not clear this is possible in the current UI.
