wrong url for garbage collector in configure

The error message for an unsuccessful configure states "libgc (the Boehm Conservative Collector) 6.4+, is needed to compile inkscape -- http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Hans_Boehm/gc". Instead we find gc here: http://www.hboehm.info/gc/

1) Confirmed for the current stable release branch <lp:inkscape/0.48.x>:

2) Not confirmed with current trunk lp:inkscape and with the release branch lp:inkscape/0.91.x for upcoming Inkscape 0.91: The homepage URL is no longer present in configure.ac at all. The configure.ac section for gc had been rewritten in r12155 to use pkg-config instead (along with other module checks):

Proposing to close as 'Won't fix': there are no further bug-fix releases planned for the 0.48.x series (current 0.48.5 being the last one).
