Bug Description

We just had a situation with a shared admin account on a MAAS server, where the password was changed.

We need to have an audit mechanism, whereby password changes are logged, timestamped, with details about the session (user agent and IP address, at least).

Of course this won't be perfect against a determined user. But for casual mistakes, this would be very helpful and handy.
