Bug Description

The format of initial scan files has changed DVBv3 to DVBv5, at least on Debian. Actually there are problems scanning the (now legacy) DVBv3 files as provided on Debian.

This issues has been overtaken by events in that the C++ evolution has been abandoned in favour of a rewrite from scratch using Rust. Me TV v3 uses only DVBv5 files as generated by dvbv5-scan.
