gallery doesn't work correctly with files on SD card

In krillin rtm image 140, the gallery app can't access files (photos or videos) from the SD card. I think this is due to apparmor denials, since I see some of those in the syslog.

This is especially weird for the user when they see a photo in the photos scope, tap on it, tap 'open', and then it launches gallery-app. The gallery can only show its index view, not the photo.

Here are some example denials:

The description is likely wrong.

These denials are all known:
* name="org.freedesktop.Application" mask="bind" is bug #1378823
* /home/phablet/.cache/QML/Apps/ is bug #1381620

Both should be just noise and not the actual problem.

This is an issue on the krillin in the r166 image

it's know that gallery (nor camera) support the SD card yet. This is planned for an OTA
