Translation pages gives me "Timeout error"

Bug Description

When trying to translate launchpad projects, I sometimes get 20 timeout errors before submitting my translation.

Reproduces: almost always
OOPS: OOPS-5a0cd1518f7b22b174bd085ad8f22838
Browser: any

1) Go to any translation page, e.g. [1]

What happens:
I should have been able to translate string in software projects into another language

What actually happens:
"Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

Hi. It happens to me very often. I just wait some seconds and try and re-try to reload the page. I'm sure this must be a known issue :(
