This also happens with me, bug with package version 9.0.48.0.0ubuntu9

This is related to bug 138145, missing ia32 libXcomposite.
However, I will not mark this as duplicate, as previously flashplugin worked without the 32 bit libXcomposite.
Bug 138145 also describes the workaround by manually installing the 32 bit libXcomposite.

I've fixed this on my local machine with
$sudo mkdir -p /usr/lib/midbrowser/plugins/

$sudo apt-get upgrade

Well, that didn´t help for me :-(

That worked for me. Or the updated ia32libs that contained the missing libXcomposite.so.1 didn't hurt either.
