Steps to reproduce
1. Start to create a cluster via UI
2. Select vCenter as a hypervisor
3. Verify that on the Wizard's Storage section two radio buttons have no text for them.

It seems, it can be a browser cache problem. I have just checked the recent Juno ISO image.

I cannot reproduce. Please navigate to Fuel dashboard, then press Ctrl-F5 on all the windows browsers. On MacOSX, shift + refresh icon on toolbar or cmd + R depending on browser. That's reload page clearing current browser cache for the page
