[vbox] Fuel slaves are not PXE-booted with 6.0-preview

Seen for 6.0 preview ISO.
Fuel slaves don't get their addresses from DHCP, because launchced before the master has completed installation.

We should introduce some delay to make this always possible.

vbox scripts detect that master node shave been started and is read yto accept conbections like this:
grep -o 'Fuel node deployment complete' /var/log/puppet/bootstrap_admin_node.log

Perhaps this log entry appears too early when not all containers have started?

AFAIC there is a script that waits for containers to start properly? Let's check if it works well.

I need a copy of the file /var/log/puppet/bootstrap_admin_node.log that has the actual failure. I can't seem to reproduce this on my side.

I finally reproduced, but only with slave1 failing to boot (slave2 and slave3 came up fine).

Of course, installation continued after having restarted it by hand.
