Bug Description
1. set up lab from 6.0.53 iso on 172.18.170.87 host
2. create cluster with parameters:
OS: no matter
mode: simple
hypervisor: vcenter
network: nova network (by default)
storages:
cinder: vmware vcenter / esxi
glance: default
3. add 1 node with (controller role + cinder)
4. deploy cluster
5. check that in Horizon vcenter is not registered

this bug is reproduced only if cluster deployed from iso 6.0.53- 6.0.63
