Steps to reproduce:
Install 100 nodes cluster with 3 controller in HA + 97 compute with cinder iscsi and neutron gre

check dmesg output on the all controllers
on the one controller found a lot of
[ 3195.774126] init: neutron-server main process (11174) terminated with status 1
[ 3195.774154] init: neutron-server main process ended, respawning
[ 3196.505266] init: neutron-server main process (11218) terminated with status 1
[ 3196.505291] init: neutron-server main process ended, respawning

can't attache snapshot because
[root@fuel ~]# du -sh /var/log/
27G /var/log/

Not enough info, need some additional information, at least log files for neutron. Suggest to have on more look at scale when this issue occurred again.
