Bug Description

The MAAS enablement of APM's Mustang X-Gene Board will require a new sub-arch, as it's boot resources will need to reference dtb information.

A new sub-arch will be required as it will need to be distinguished from HP's McDivitt cartridge, which gives the same PXEboot hint as the Mustang board. With a new sub-arch, however, this should not be an issue as the Mustang will require manual enlistment anyway, due to its lack of a BMC and requirement for a remote PDU for power control.
