Strange behavior of direct input boxes

When you try to change a textbox size, you get a weird picture: all the other fields change their length too. Moreover, in some windows these fields begin to cover a text on the right (try to drag "Description" field at the "Create Volume" form or e.g. Launch Stack -> Select Template, "Template Data" field). It would be nice to have a maximum value for the text field length or at least fix the covering of text on the right (something like Launch Instance -> Post Creation, "Script Data" field).

Which browser (and OS, I suppose) is this with?

Chrome:
I see the issue with Create Volume modal's Description text box extending past the width of the modal.

Firefox:
I see Tatiana's exact screenshot. When I extend the width of the Description field, all the other fields extend as well.
